9:20 a.m. Brooks Parking Lot: Officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident involving two student vehicles but with no injuries. The Williamstown Police Department (WPD) also responded, and officers verified information, took pictures, and began a motor vehicle accident report.

1:19 p.m. Morgan Hall: A student called Campus Safety and Security (CSS) to report an odor of incense. An officer arrived and verified a very strong odor of what could be described as incense.

7:29 a.m. Carter House: Officers responded to a fire alarm caused by the use of hair spray and a hair dryer.

7:34 a.m. Faculty Club: Officers responded to an intrusion alarm caused by a contractor who did not know the system was armed. The Dining staff arrived and would remain on site while the contractor was in the building.

7:40 p.m. Sawyer Library: Officers responded to the second floor of Special Collections for a glass break alarm from an upper window, but found all windows closed and intact and the panel not in alarm. Dispatch contacted the head of Special Collections and found that the alarm had been activated accidentally.

10:29 a.m. Mission Park: Officers responded to a fire alarm ringing and found two masonry contractors sawing cylinder blocks. The resulting dust set off the fire detector, which was reset when the contractors completed their work.

Tuesday 3-9-21 1:14 p.m. Paresky: An officer responded to the basement kitchen for a report of an employee who had injured their back lifting a box and was experiencing severe pain. Northern Berkshire Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrived, evaluated the employee, and transported the employee to Berkshire Medical Center in North Adams.
