Town CO2 Lowering Committee proposes Net Zero Resolution

The Williamstown CO2 Lowering (COOL) Committee is pushing the Town to adopt its Net Zero Resolution, which calls for action to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions and begin implementing a comprehensive climate action plan by 2023.
The theme of “Forum on the Status of Women in Politics” was chosen in honor of the hundredth anniversary of women’s suffrage, the fifty years since women first matriculate at the College, and Kamala Harris’s swearing-in as the first woman to serve as vice president of the United States.
