and electricians advised.

8:33 a.m. Fire alarm from Sculpture Studio. No apparent cause.
10:47 a.m. Fire alarm from Baxter. Caused by steam. Fire Safety electricians and steamfitters responded.
5:27 p.m. A strange person reported in Goodrich Hall. Person had left before officer’s arrival. Person was later located at Baxter, and he was determined to be in need of personal welfare assistance. WPD called and authorities notified. Person was taken to crisis facility.
7:09 a.m. Trouble from alarm system at Griffin. Caused by custodian.
4:29 p.m. Fire alarm from Lawrence Art. Caused by sawdust from power tools.
11:53 p.m. Fire alarm from Tyler Annex. Caused by smoking.
8:54 a.m. Strange odor in Jesup reported. A coffeepot left on in kitchenette had begun to char. Coffeepot was secured. Fire Marshal advised of incident.

10:20 a.m. No hot water complaint from 89 Southworth St. Condition was determined to be only temporary.

4:10 p.m. Intrusion alarm from Baxter Dining Services Office.
4:48 p.m. Fire alarm from Mears House. No apparent cause.
11:20 p.m. Smoke reported from a dryer in Morgan laundry. No real problem was determined to exist. Steam was being caused by hot air venting out into very cold air.
