3:43 a.m. Fire alarm from Lasell Gym. Caused by faulty detector. Fire Safety electrician paged.

6:39 a.m. Intrusion from Jesup Computer Center. Caused by staff.

8:20 a.m. Intrusion from Stetson AV Room B. Caused by staff.

10:00 a.m. Fire alarm from Seeley. Cause unknown.

11:22 p.m. Damaged railing in Tyler Annex. B&G notified.

Tuesday 9-29-98

1:38 a.m. Noise complaint from Armstrong 4th floor. Loud music turned down.

3:05 a.m. Assist and transport injured student from Morgan to the Health Center.

12:31 a.m. Complaint from Faculty Club staff concerning a motorcycle on front sidewalk. Owner identified.

1:20 a.m. Student reported unidentified individuals passing out fliers in Gladden.

11:00 a.m. Black scooter observed driving at excessive speed and recklessly by pedestrians on sidewalk in Greylock Quad. Also observed violating one-way sign on Chapin Drive. Citations issued.

Wednesday 9-30-98

12:50 a.m. Plumbing problem in Baxter. Problem determined to be sewer pipe back up. Plumber paged.

11:06 a.m. Burning odor in Jesup reported. 911 activated for Fire Dept. response. Cause determined to be from outside source entering through windows.

11:50 a.m. Water main break on Chapin Drive in front of Williams. Drive blocked off and car owners identified and asked to move vehicles for repair crew.

7:14 p.m. High Temperature complaint from Garfield. Steamfitter paged to adjust heating.

Thursday 10-1-98

7:20 a.m. Intrusion from Morgan Tunnel. Cause unknown.

11:45 a.m. Fire alarm from Thompson. Cause was excessive steam from heating system.

1:50 p.m. Intrusion from Bronfman Computer Labs.

3:10 p.m. Intrusion from Chaffee Tennis House. Caused by B&G employee.

4:30 p.m. High Temperature complaint from Garfield. Steamfitter paged.

7:55 p.m. High Temperature complaint from Hubbell. Steamfitter paged.

11:24 p.m. Hot water flameout at Tyler. System reset.

3:27 a.m. Hot water flameout at Tyler. System reset.

10:15 a.m. Intrusion from Chaffee Tennis House. Caused by B+G employee

12:50 p.m. Bike reported taken from G-lot.

1:53 p.m. WPD received a burglary alarm from Baxter A.T.M. Caused by Armored Car Serviceperson.

4:05 p.m. Heat complaint from Mark Hopkins.

Saturday 10-3-98

12:49 a.m. Intrusion from Morgan West Steam Tunnel.

9:04 a.m. Intrusion from O.C.C. Caused by staff.

9:28 a.m. Fire system trouble from Hopkins Hall. Fire safety electrician advised.

12:50 p.m. No heat complaint from Bascom. Steamfitter advised.

1:10 p.m. Intrusion from Taconic Golf Maintenance Shed. No apparent cause.

4:00 p.m. Disturbance and tire slashing reported at Weston Field. Investigation in progress.

7:05 p.m. Heat complaint from Mark Hopkins. Temperature was within set heating guidelines. No action required.

Sunday 10-4-98

1:28 a.m. Call for assist at the Health Center.

4:20 a.m. Fire extinguisher set off in Thompson reported. Custodial Supervisor paged for cleanup of hazardous residue.

12:04 p.m. Intrusion from Jesup Hall. Caused by staff.

2:23 p.m. Intrusion from Faculty Club. Found building had not been properly secured. Secured and rearmed system.

6:00 p.m. Heat complaint from Thompson. Temperature was below guidelines Steamfitter paged.

7:08 p.m. Heat complaint from Pratt. Temperature was within guidelines. No action taken.
