How long have you worked at the College, and what is your role within Williams Dining?
I have been working at Williams for 23 years. I have managed Greylock, Mission Park, and Dodd dining halls — and for the last 14 years, Driscoll Dining Hall.
What is your day-to-day work?
I oversee day-to-day operations at Driscoll, which includes menu development, fiscal budgeting, and overseeing 19 employees.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Creating menus and concepts, keeping up with dining trends, and overseeing big student events such as Mountain Day and the all-campus BBQ.
What is your favorite Williams recipe?
The umami burgers.
What’s a movie you wish you could watch again for the first time?
The Outlaw Josey Wales.
