I do not think

I’ve ever thought

A thought that was unique

Each thought I think

Or think I thought

I’ve heard somebody speak

Each poem

That I’ve written down

Was written long before

And each rhyme

That I think I’ve found

I find is new no more

I do not think

I’ve ever thought

A thought that was my own

But since you’ve

Never thought one too

I think I’m not alone
