For the first time in 28 years, Nova and WUFO — the College’s frisbee teams for trans, nonbinary, and female players and trans, nonbinary, and male players, respectively — will both compete on the national stage at USA Ultimate’s Division III College Championships.

The men’s tennis team (14-4, 8-2 NESCAC) suffered a 5-2 loss to Bowdoin (15-4, 8-2 NESCAC) in the NESCAC Semifinals at home on Saturday. The Ephs received a Pool C bid from the NCAA selection committee to play in the national tournament.

On Saturday, softball (13-13, 7-5 in the NESCAC) bounced back from Friday’s two losses against Amherst (21-11, 9-5 in the NESCAC) by sweeping Middlebury (13-13, 4-8 in the NESCAC) in its doubleheader on the road.

Men’s lacrosse holds fundraiser with Amherst team for suicide prevention

On April 15, men’s lacrosse (8-5, 5-3 in the NESCAC) hosted the Amherst Mammoths, besting them 11-10 in overtime. The focus of the day was to fundraise for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), which has so far raised $10,000.

Women’s lacrosse ends 10-game win streak with one-point losses to Amherst and Tufts

This weekend, the women’s lacrosse team (10- 3, 5-3 in the NESCAC) squared off against the Amherst Mammoths (9-3, 5-3 in the NESCAC) and the Tufts Jumbos (10-3, 6-2 in the NESCAC). Following a streak of 10 consecutive wins, the Ephs suffered an 11-10 loss to the Mammoths and a 7-6 loss to the Jumbos.
