Bushism parallels GOP policy flaw

I was pleased to see that Mike Needham ’04 included a “Bushism” of his own in his opinion supporting George W. Bush for president, when he noted that “If the word elegant can ever be used to describe Bush, education is the issue where he is so. Though he probably isn’t elegant, he is certainly passionate about the subject.”

This convoluted description of Bush’s education policy is nearly as convoluted as the policy itself, which would punish those schools that need the most help. But I digress – it’s too late for campaigning now!
