We would like to address a disturbing error in Scott Selberg’s review of Sangeet Indian Restaurant in last week’s Record. Mr. Selberg writes, “While the prices aren’t cheap, they’re worth it, especially considering that Sangeet is the only Indian restaurant around.”
On the contrary, Pittsfield is blessed with two Indian restaurants. House of India offers the same high quality Indian fare as Sangeet, but at more competitive prices. While we do not challenge Mr. Selberg’s journalistic integrity, we strongly feel that such a grave omission must be brought to the attention of the Williams community.
